Our web design prices start at £700 for up for a fairly simple website. But we really need to know a few details about your project before we can give more accurate estimate.

Your yearly on-going costs

WordPress websites need to be looked after. All our web design packages for authors include website software updates and full technical support for one year. We are also here to give tips and advice on how to manage your website. If asked, we can also provide a full website design and content management service.

Renewal fees from year two onwards £135 per year (to include hosting and full on-going support).

You will also need to pay for the renewal of your domain name each year. This will vary depending on the name but will usually be between £17 and £30 per year.

Content updates – from time to time you will need to update your website with details of a new book, reviews, blog posts news, events and so on. If you plan to use our paid-for update service, you should allow a budget of say £60 per year for such udpates depending on how often you update your site and exactly what needs doing. If you prefer, you can opt for a self-editable website and do any updates yourself. You do need to be techncially able for this option. Most of our authors use our content update service.
